Description du poste :
- Gain extensive knowledge of business processes around transportation across regions.

- Partner with in-house Supply Chain teams to identify gaps in existing relationships with logistics providers and implement corrective actions.
- Apply a data-driven approach to quantifying and pursuing opportunities.

- Develop and implement new transportation strategies for national, regional and international transportation across the European network.
- Assess current transportation footprint and develop justifications for new transportation models to capture service and cost benefits.
- Vet, onboard and manage new Transportation and Logistics providers.
- Develop functionality requirements and benefits case for future TMS applications.
- Define and build the transportation KPIs to create a performance driven culture for transportation partners.
- Follow up freight damage and temperature deviations dossiers, put corrective action plans in place and reinforce processes robustness.

- Implement & maintain regional SOP & risk assessments, prepare audits regarding distribution and temperature controlled transportation.
- Build & improve transportation processes & practices to meet customer satisfaction, optimize cash flow and meet the compliance requirements (GDP).
- Lead implementation & improvement of temperature control processes & practices with the Quality department.

- Ensure the following of regulations issued by the EMEA countries Customs agencies, as well as regulations related to Import & exports from EU to non-EU countries.

- Manage the EMEA transportation analyst team.

- Experience of managing a in-house or 3PL logistics operation.
- Experiences as an import & export of transport are additional values.
- Relevant experience in high volume manufacturing, distribution, production planning, logistics and/or transportation environment.
- Advanced analytics and problem solving skills (Operational excellence).
- Transportation knowledge.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Advanced people management experience.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or Engineering.

Rémunération : De 65000 à 72000 Euros par an.
