Mission :
You will BE under the responsibility of the Marketing Director.
You lead a team in a high-quality lead generation environment leveraging multiple tools and engagement models.
You also have to work extremely closely with the sales team as well as all the country managers. They sell via phone and face to face to direct SMBs and several partners as ERP resellers, banks and web agencies. You have the ability to develop a deep understanding
of our existing customers and prospects and mastering all the current offerings.

Responsibilities :
You manage a great team of 4 people to exceed qualified B to B lead creation goals ; You are in charge of defining and implementing our B to B lead generation action plan in 4 countries : generate Leads via partners, via email, via SEO & SEM, via webinar, via social
networks and e-commerce influencers and via database data crunching ; You are in charge of respecting the lead generation budget for 4 countries : FR, UK, ES, IT. You take an active part in the country development and are keen on finding new B to B partners to generate leads specially in the UK and Spain ; You're in charge of qualifying leads to select real project opportunities on a short term basis ; You take a key part on the CRM project and uplift the current marketing automation tool and take a key part in IT. You keep nurturing all the unmatured project detected and make them succeed as much as possible with the sales team ; you build reports and dashboards to monitor activities and pipeline, and make recommendations that include business insights and process.

Profil :
Skills & Personal attributes :
Speak both French and English fluently Have an understanding of SAAS and e-commerce Have a positive mindset and BE eager to learn new skills Strong communication skills Very good negotiation skills with partners Self-motivated and positive attitude Have successfully
worked in a lead generation environment Strong computer, time management and organisational skills Demonstrate a willingness to perform and desire to over achieve monthly targets Ability to work in an SMB company and to recruit customers among this community.

Nice to have :
The ability to speak an additional language (Spanish) is desirable but not essential.

Experience :
5+ years of technology related sales or business development experience 3+ years sales management experience, managing teams Ability to dive deep into data, find meaning and deliver outcomes. Experience with and lead generation technology.
